Birthing From Within – Birthing again morning classes
Booking is essential as spaces are limited.
These morning classes are for women, who have birthed before, but would like a space to focus on this new baby and this birth and refresh knowledge and maybe gaining more information too. Every birth is a journey on its own and preparation is needed. But maybe not the same preparation as the first time you birthed. This class will give you an opportunity to brush up on your skills or create a pain-coping mind-set, reaching in to find your renewed trust and strength to meet this birth with confidence and excitement. The aim is to create a nurturing, honouring space for sharing, gaining understanding and knowledge, and refresh what you already know, amongst cups of teas and is a real treat to yourself. The session will prepare you for birth in a completely different manner to normal classes.
Next Classes starts on Wednesday the 14th of March 2012 in my home at Marcus Beach from 9.30 – 12pm
